This man refuels in a 10-80 (vehicle pursuit). I didn't get his ID until later on in the pursuit if POV of his ID is needed to confirm I can hand it over. Also him honking is proof of refuel since the e muscle is linked to the refuel and horn of the car.

So your still allowed to refuel when your being asked to pull over multiple times? Doesn't sound realistic to me

you were very far from me so i took the gamble, again it was a chase i am not obliged to pull over until the 2 cars and 4 people lil man

still doesnt give you the right to pull into a gas station to refuel... and we did have 2 cars and 4 people on you
