Origins
100 Respect was founded on the 28th September 2021 by a group of Portuguese friends.
This group of friends met for the first time when they were part of another family and quickly built a strong relationship between them.
After some internal problems in the previous family, they decided to leave and start their own.
At first, they just wanted to create it to be able to hang out and chill together and had no expectations of becoming a strong and powerful family. However, 2-3 days after the family creation and after taking control of some businesses they noticed they could actually become one of the strongest families in Los Santos and focused all their efforts in making 100 Respect a top3 family.
This group of friends wanted to do things differently than their previous family.
Known for having ruthless killers and really smart businessmen among them, they decided to combine the two and came up with a really interesting way of handling things/problems (with force and intelligence).
Their motto is: "If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle".
Goals/Objectives
- To get our members into higher-up positions in both legal/illegal orgs so that we can influence the way the City is ruled;
- Host funny/creative family events with other organizations/families and between our members;
- Use revenue from family businesses/operations to purchase new businesses such as plantation, cowshed and Drug Lab
- Continue to recruit more members and provide them with the resources neeeded to be successful in Los Santos.
- To become one of the most respected families in the City.
Business Model/Family Operations
- Purchase and control of new businesses around Los Santos;
- Money laundering;
- Production and sale of fruits and vegetables;
- Production and sale of charged batteries;
- Theft of luxury and rare cars;
- Robbing outside of the city and in the Ghetto;
- Trafficking weapons, ammunitions and drugs;
- Flipping and selling items on black market;
- Regular income from members working on State Orgs (EMS, NG, FIB, SAHP, LSPD, GOV and LI) and part-time jobs (farm, construction, taxi drivers, etc);
- Bank Heists and Store robberies.
Family Rules
- Respect every member of the family and admins;
- It is required to wear our uniform during family activities;
- Be loyal to members of the family;
- Snitching is absolutely prohibited;
- Do not break server/city rules.
- Do not embarrass the family’s name or reputation.
Ranking System
Major – Founder of the family
Coronel – Co-Founder of the family (deputy). Trusted member responsible for the negotiation of new businesses and partnerships. Also responsible for the higher ups promotions. Has the same authority as the Founder.
Tenente – A trusted, loyal and a long time member that shows leadership skills. Takes care of the distribution/sale of weapons and ammo for family members. Can replace higher ups when they are not present and lead events. Responsible to find new businesses opportunities and partnerships.
Sargento – Sargentos are in charge of helping new members. They will be responsible to explain new members how to work on family businesses and will ensure that every member knows and follows the city/family rules. Sargentos are also responsible to collect all the profits from family businesses.
Furriel – A trusted member that already showed loyalty/responsibility towards the family. This rank is responsible to take care of the recruitment of new members and to teach them the family/city rules and all the family structure and tasks. A Furriel is also responsible to organize trainings in arena with the other family members.
Cabo – Active member that shows commitment to the family. Helps the rank “Furiel” with the search of new members. Can work on family businesses and get paid for that. Cabos will also help new members knowing the city/family rules.
Soldado IV – A member that has already shown some commitment and some leadership skills. Responsible to help new recruits and give them introduction to the city/family. Can show up on family events and can request guns/ammo for the events. This rank can also help with the recruitment and training of new members. Can also work on family businesses and get paid for that.
Soldado III – New member that has already shown some work and commitment for the family. Can participate in family events and request guns/ammo for that. Can work on family businesses and get paid for that but still needs to prove his effort to the family.
Soldado II – The truly first rank in the family. This member is the one doing the labor force for the family. This member is the frontline in guetto and family events. Can work on family businesses and be paid for that.
Soldado – The first rank in the family. This member is still on trial and it’s not yet considered a true family member. Once he proves that he understands family/city rules, he will get promoted. Can work on family businesses but will not be paid for that.
