In the video, they talk about coming back to the same place after 15 minutes. The server admin named Kerem Vuitton protects and helps Bright family, at the same time he wants people to contact and open a forum, and as soon as the forum opens, he immediately takes care of the forum and closes the forum. Kerem Vuitton is not doing this for the first time, he does not punish the people in the video even though it is not our fault, they talk about coming to the same place in the video less than 15 minutes later, but Kerem Vuitton ignores and protects the Bright family. I demand an investigation on Kerem Vuitton and an end to this injustice.
