This guy came out of nowhere (civilians told me that he shot at them so I wanted to pull him over) and then he VDM-ed (or does it count as CR since he didn't kill us?) my fellow officer and me.
Clip is not 1 min, but enough to understand the situation, I can provide more if required, but he was not on the screen earlier.
