Good Day,
as you can see from the upload i am clear and when i shoot him it was in the open the pov is not clear his he was not facing me first of all secondly i am on high ground therefore i have an advantage and everything is more clearer to me than him since he is not on high ground and i shoot him twice and he died as per the pov .He was looking to the other side so how do you decide its from the window or not, he shoot back at me and i then gave him the second shot, so where is the problem there but because i killed him so i am a cheater now ? NICK RUNE is wrong 100% in taking this action because you can see in this short POV ((9 seconds)) that it was an open area and no walls involved. (( Approved - Possible Illegal Redux | ID 41359 )) as i mentioned i had the pov but this was 2 days ago, and i mentioned before i delete all pov's every 24 hours due to low disk space on my work laptop.
plus we are playing from the united arab emirates , Dubai so for sure there is a lag / ping will play a big role in movement / fights / driving etc..... as for us to play the game i have to use vpn so for sure that effects everything . sorry to say this but i think i am old enough to use any kind of 3rd party programs which will brake any law / rule of gaming. we have spent alot of money on this server my self and husband more than 10k$ IRL and still spending more if not 2 times even of this number so dont think i would be risk anything for an event or so .
Finally, both myself and the owner of the post originally who posted the forum have contacted nick rune to close the tread since it was solved and the owner of the post did this action as he was pissed off as he died have solved it yet nick rune was ignoring our request. how come ???
i do agree with the server rules now that i need to keep the pov for 48 hours and will do in the future and have went through the rules one by one again.
Therefore i would like to request to get unbanned and to be able to continue playing normally.
