Situation: Was responding to hostage situation in sandy shores. Shots were fired so we engaged. After getting knocked down said suspect (8275) mercy killed me.

General Rule: 6.17 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing).
