I was banned for General rule 1.1 a couple of days ago. But honestly I didn’t share my account. My game was having issues starting up and I was trying hard to fix it but nothing was working. I tried taking help from a lot but still couldn’t find a way. So with no way left, I decided to login in a different pc of mine, otherwise I would have lost my 2 houses.
I assure you that this is not a rule break of account as I give you my consent that it was me, not anyone else.

So I hereby request to please accept my appeal and remove my ban so that I can get back as soon. Thank you.
