Rejected Non RP Driving + Driving Personal Cars while on duty | 66632 & 42132

As you can see from the video they cut across the hill in a ferrari to use the highway to go back to HQ and apparently they were on duty as well and driving personal vehicles.

I need to apologise about the lack of audio as i updated my NVIDIA drivers this morning and it looks like it messed up the settings on my geforce experience so i wasnt able to capture any audio.

These are the same guys who came to me to bully me i think after i reported them for Not pulling over and my POV first got Approved the got rejected because i went off road for 3 sec in the Start. They are also going from the Hill which i was on BTW and even they were on duty as you can see my my POV

so as you can see in the pov, 1minute before they left DOC in their personal they were on duty and in uniform but they left doc in a personal vehicle
