I am appealing this warning as I know I acted adequately. In my reporters video you can see me and 2 other family members on the roof holding a position on our house, now lets think in a logical sense here. Why would I be holding that house with two of my other family members, perhaps it comes as if they are a threat to our family? This was the second time they approached our family with an attack. They came to our house with guns and armor, tell me again, what does that signify?

The report also against us (Approved - Rdm | 149111-180248-148796) and also what I am appealing against has proof which doesn't abide by forum rules, it wasn't longer than a minute or a minute long.
Another thing I would like to mention is, this forum post (On consideration - La Familia | Multiple Rule Break), here we established a plan to take our home as if we were to come back we know we would be RDMed, proof of how I know this is this forum post (Rejected - RDM | ID 116519). In that forum post you can see my family member was coming to the house, also note how the time this report is made is similar to the time of the forum post made against us, my family member reported them clearly RDMing him as he was arriving to family house, explain to me why you would expect all 11 of us to just go back to our family house and die as well. Of course we would retaliate with a plan that was seen in (On consideration - La Familia | Multiple Rule Break) in order to get our home back.
Admins have a misunderstanding to what really happened and I understand as to why I have been punished for "RDM". In good honor we were merely protecting our family house and did not report these people in good faith. In turn they decided to report us for reasons I am not sure of. This family has always been annoying and provoking us and somehow we are the only ones to be punished. Rules are something that cannot abide by this, this is just a family rivalry to which only we have been punished. Have you seen us at their house whatsoever? Pulling up with a large amount of numbers and provoking them at our gate, they were annoying us and we dealt with force to get them away from us; we were having fun at our family house and I would even argue it was fun to completely destroy them multiple times in a row. However, this punishment is unfair since there are multiple instances of proof which we can see that they are the ones starting it and not a single bit of evidence that we started it.
I have only been in this family for a day to help out my good friend and I have seen how terribly they have been treated by that family. Are you aware that even before that incident they had another family just come and begin randomly shooting them from the back of their house? I defended my family in good faith and I stand by it. Hugeboss Corloene is a man born with minimal amounts of testosterone, has no self respect for him or anyone else and he would sacrifice his dignity just to prove a point with no value as he has done here.
I hope admins read my appeal with care and understand why we reacted the way we did and how sometimes rules may not be applied to certain situations like these, our reporter has acted like a 5 year old tattletale crying for some form of compensation after they started something and then lost it.
