I just came back to my PC to find out I have been banned, so I looked on forums and find that I have been banned without the possibility to defend myself.
Why haven't I been offered a POV request or PC Check?
If you look in my clip I have uploaded you will see he takes 53 and dies, from my end it doesn't even look remotely suspicious..

Why doesn't the guy who VDM's me then trys to hop out on me get punished?

The clip was reviewed by Wody and he said it is cheats hence the ban
