2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I've always wanted to be a leader of an ORG ever since joining the city. But I never had the urge to make an application due to the fact me being new to the city. But I feel like I've had the experience In Both HC Roles At FIB/LSPD And also in Marabunta/Bloods. Marabunta was the first place I went to when I first flew in I met many people and after a few more years in the city, I went back there. And I asked to Join. At the time I was accepted and never thought I would climb through the ranks as I did but after a few weeks, I was Underboss off Marabunta. This gave me the knowledge of gang life I would need to become a leader of a Gang and also Being A HC In FIB/LSPD has helped me grow ICly in the city making friends along the way. In my personal opinion, I could bring this gang back.
2. Like I stated before Marabunta Became my home when I first joined the city and I would love to make that a similar case for people who First Fly-In too. Not accepting them into the ranks of the Gang but teaching them the ropes of the city and how to start off then eventually they would come back once they have figured out the city and have had at least 7 Years in the city. By being friendly to them at the start hopefully they would come back and give it a try. But this also gives us a good name and he would recommend us to his friends and people he has met therefore growing the gang even more.

My final point would be to Make gangs great again because over the last few weeks/months with the Penal Code Changing and bringing hefty fines to people in Gangs it makes them afraid to even try to attempt anything anymore such as store robberies and hostage situations. Me being a leader will bring reassurance to my men and make sure that we will fight to the best of our ability.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I've been in the city for around 3 or 4 months now in that time I think that I have learnt most of the city rules gang rules etc. With this, I can pass my knowledge on to my comrades this results in us getting fewer or no warnings ta all which is better RP for the whole city so the other Leos or Gang Members have nothing to complain about.
2. My next point would be me leading a lot more gang-related activity whether that be Store Robberies or even Clandestine. Marabunta will have a lot bigger chance and presence if I was the leader. I've noticed over The last term Marabunta was active for maybe a week then they went silent and closer to the end nothing maybe 7 or 8 members online Not even pulling up to subs late at night I guarantee we will. We might not win Subs but we have a much better chance if Marabunta re there helping.
3. With me as a leader I will also focus heavily on getting a deputy who knows a lot about turfing. And also gather a team of Sprayers my goal is to get 100% Turf bringing even more promise to Marabunta with a greater reputation brings more people interested to join. Getting a turf and spray team together will greater the emersion of the gang and make it very wee credited amongst the GrandRP Community.
4. With me being very active within the city with 8+ Hours Daily that will bring great leadership and there will always be someone active within the gang to lead situations this makes it better for the whole Server with more gang activity brings more situations. I've been an LEO for a while now and have noticed the lack of activity from gangs and I will bring that back. Make gangs feared and also desirable.
5. A Minimum age requirement of 7+ Years in the city will be mandatory for the gang to ensure we are not letting people in who don't have a general feel for the rules and the city as a whole. This also makes the RP a lot better for everyone involved because we won't be breaking rules power gaming metagaming etc. This will also lessen the punishments on this gang via fewer warnings.
