Life story
Houssam was born in 2003 in a big city its London capital of UK when he grow up at the age of 16 years old, he realized that he had to rely on himself because his parents had become old and they couldn’t work so he went outside for looking for a job and finally he found a job but he has low salary he can’t afford expensive of his family so he work on others thing in same time he worked as deliver man in the same time as taxi driver however he couldn’t pay his living costs so he went to criminal way he start robbing people secretly in taxi he don’t return the money exactly but one day he meet someone who changed his life and gave him a job in legal organization in other country Los Santos, San Andreas, USA because he knew their skills in their eyes.
New City
Houssam moved to Los Santos San Andreas to work in SAHP but he was very poor in the first time and the salary was low because he was new and he had low rank so he go working at farm, sell solar panels and other things in same time he always meet new friends to help him in the city he found a family that help him a lot to change his life in City.
Joining LSPD
He waited for weeks and months until High command give him promotion so he was starting getting more experience and now how to be a cop but he was having difficulties for their leaders because they give him promotion very rarely despite of hard working so he went to change Organization, he went to FIB and he didn’t found anyone so he came every day he didn’t give up its his rule in life and finally he meet a friend called Abdel he will never forgot his help because he help him a lot to be a very good FIB agent so he worked very hard day and night and later he got high rank in FIB and same time he worked with Luka in FIB he was his best friend because he helped him a lot in FIB so after that Luka become leader of NG and then he saw his experience and their creativity so he offer him a role in NG to help him and Houssam accept it and he got a lot of experience because he was deputy leader in NG so finally he went to LSPD now he doing very well in his worked and is supporting his Leader Vincent Vega,

Outcomes
1) Houssam can loot the items that dropped from criminals and keep it with him but he can’t looting during gun-fight because it’s not allowed.
2) Houssam can sell stuff in black market so you can collect those ammunition and sell it in black market (except organisation equipements).
3) Houssam can use organization guns for personal use that means that he can only keep it with him and not in any car trunk or house inventory that will be considered stealing from warehouse.
4) Houssam can use radio while off duty.
5) Houssam can become a hostage for a part of money.
6) Houssam can kill people on or off duty if they don’t want to follow the demands.
7) Houssam can leave people who are detained by taking bribe limitations (up to 20k only) or if they're in her family or good friend.
