I was just driving to my house to do my seeds and he follows me from arena all the way to DOC

Upon reviewing this evidence I have decided to Accept this report
ID 89259 will receive a punishment for car ramming and non rp driving
ID 129669 will receive a punishment for non rp driving

from start of POV there seems to be something going on already, therefore, I will not punish for RDM​
