I was banned for bug abuse 3 days ago. I used macro for RP ticket and I didn't know it was forbidden. I've unlocked all the RP tickets I've won, never selling. I don't want my ban lifted for breaking the rule. I just want a second chance from you. I would be very happy if you give me a second chance by reducing the duration of my ban. Thanks for listening.
