2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
want to be leader of marabunta because i have past gang experience. i have been blood,families,marabunta,vagos,balas. with my family we do lots of hostage situation, store robery. i lead every store robery hostage sitaution. and we done that successfull everytime.. I have personally noticed that gangs only stay inside ghetto kiling pepole doing turf.but i want keep active crime rp in city. like robeing pepole on highway takeing ligal hostage,ng raid,store robery.so we can intraract with other ligal org. i will also do cland,turf. everytime. i make tons of friend in from gang.. i think if i become a leader i can lead tha org with my past gang expriance.and i will bing old gang friends in my gang.. thay have gang expriance so we can lead gang together. and i we will make marabunta top gang in city. i have some point that i want improve
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I have some point that i want improve
1- i set Accept into tha organization from rank 7 and uper rank .. and i will give rank 7 or uper who know every server rule. and gang expiriance..so thay can take interview who want join..i strikly follow them thay take interview properly or not..every org gang disbanded before turm end becoz some pepole dont have any expriance in city. lack of server rule knolage,
2-i will make 3 team
2.1 Turf team- i will make a strong tuft team. i have turf team thay are doing tuft from different gangs.. thay will focus on turf
2.2 spray team- i make a spray team. i will make someone spray leader who knows every spray location. and he will and member in his team. pepole join that gang wich gang doing more spray so thay get more money.. spray team in most importent team becoz thay help us all to get money, i know if any gang dont have good spray team thay not get more money from spray and pepole also start leaveing gang.. beocz end of tha thay we all are want earn money.
2.3 Street fighter- street fighter is a team who give our spray team if thay need it.. when spray team doing spray other gang also kill then and rob them.. so that time our Street fighter wil go there and thay will kill other gangs member and save our spray team.
3-i wil make rank 1 who know server rules but dont have any gang expriance.. our other gang member teach them also i will personaly tech them about gang activity.. how gang works.. so thay will never break any rules.
4-rank up system- tha rank will giving who deserve. who attend all gang event, and giving backup to sparay team.. thay will get rank up.. i will make a rank up pov in discord.. pepole who want rank up thay will post event screensoot.. and me and my other hc will review that pov ss. and we will give rank up..
5- as i said before i want keep active crime rp in city. so we wll rob pepole on ghetto and out side city. and we will do store robery everyday.
6- we do more activity in city,so we need more guns and ammo.. for that we deside we will do 2-3 ng raid every day for guns,ammo and vest, i deside we will attend 4 cland only.. becoz some gang go cland when hc want.. but i will set 4 time everyone attend that cland,,
