On my report of two guys RDMing me I got this punishment.
ID 183691 will receive a punishment for GR 4.1

Hacking and use of software
4.1 Players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage.(Disabling drug`s effect, hacks, afk timer circumventing, bots etc.) | Ban 60 days

I don't understand what software or hacks have I used? How can using instant replay video recording software be an advantage of any kind? It's just a shadowplay alternative.

In fact, on my 8gb ram, i5-4460, gtx 750ti, using any recording software is a disadvantage, as I get around 70 frames with really unstable frame time and regular freezes.

The real appeal:
I was using network graphics' free redux. Didn't know they would have prohibited "no effects" function in it. Verified gta files, which removed the redux. Here's the proof
