Hello I have just been sanctioned for HQ shooting. In the clip you can see how the ID 1859 first flees into the HQ and then shoots at me first. I just wanted to protect myself and not make a mistake. I am also of the opinion that ID 1859 should also be sanctioned for Shooting out of HQ

Hello,

you are not allowed to shoot into HQ whatever reason they are giving you.
Everything that is said is completly irrelevant. Your clip does not provide audio showing your baiting and missbehaving.

1.4 It is forbidden to push/kill gangmembers on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission. | WARN
