i was on a lspd tow truck then found a red bloods car, noticed there is someone in it came down to talk with him to dont park here, at first he wasnot responding, but then he came down of the car with a revolver and tried to shot me, after he ran with his car and i poped his tire, he went out of the car and started a gun fight again, then i tazed him and he left
