Rejected A child every 30 minutes for the past 2 days constantly coming up to family house and shooting

This is RDM and he is also not following the new life rule. We gave him a chance to get away from our house and he started saying racial slurs and we ended up having to kill him since he was not listening and not cooperating. This is his alt account and I am unsure of his main ID.
