The part before the clip I shown after being rdmed was not shown but The guy who I was shooting at was driving away and I had told him to stop. I got him to stop and said I had a repair kit then I pulled a gun out of my trunk and shot him. I only had a 1 min clip of the situation witch did not show the full situation. but me shooting then getting RDMed.

also for breaking rule 16.5 is only a warning, so why im banned is beyond me

You are not able to prove your innocence
In your own video you rdmed him
Also, if someone breaks rule it does not mean you can too.
Breaking server rules for the other side is not a reason for you to rdm
