This is was a suspect i arrested , let him out of cuffs multiple times to give him a chance for a lawyer , he took the opprotuinty at 16:40 to join animal evolution server event that is exactly on 16:40 as well , otherwise, i thought its cheats but he avoided the RP by joining the event.

That's what literally combat log is , if you combat logged right when took u from the situation i wouldn't give a fuck , but u wasted my whole fucking time lawyer and shit then u just combat logged out of the situation so read what the rule said exactly then talk please.
