2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? I wanna be leader of this gang beacause its been ages since this gang has gotten a good active leader. I feel like im the perfect person to lead a gang and especially Ballas since i have good memories from here. I also wanna bring another Sucesfull turf season to this gangs name. Ive got a good reputation in this city and i feel like i can bring this gang to life. If i get selected to become a leader of this gang i can guarantee good activity and especially good performance in turfs. 3. My advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. Being strict is one of the keys to having good roleplay. I will definetly only invite people with previous experience but also allow some new people to join that will show dedication and eager to learn about the rules on how to be a gangster in this city.
