Spitty Roi was trained by Nick Jons where he then became a Patrol officer . Spitty tried his best to climb up the ranking system. He went from Patrol officer to Major of Fto and Now he left and join NG
he HAS LOT of Experience in Every State org . But he was every min feel pain of past Back story he know he cant changed that .
Outcomes:
1. Take bribes from suspects then let them free ($20,000 max or information)
