2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (
A | I have past experience in leading big groups to success... Which is why I personally feel like I am the right fit for this. I focus on main aspects such as...
[Communication] [Growth Within Players] & [Teamwork] I believe with the right person in charge the server will see a change. I also believe in my capability & passion to make sure the rules are followed. That being said, my past experience in gangs within Grand RP is outrageous. Usually some might say they have seen favoritism inside the organization. Some might say it's a lot of greediness & selfishness. This is where I believe I belong at this position. I want to give everyone a chance to make a name.
B | The Vagos needs someone who can put them ahead in the race against the other organizations. Since I have started on the server the Vagos haven't made an impact. That's why I am signing up for the leader application. I am a leader who is competitive & consistent in making changes that need to be done. I also would love to bring content into the scene of the organization war. I believe it could draw more attention within the server of Grand RP.
C | Moral of my reasons are simple, I want everyone to have a chance. I want everyone to grow together & I want the organization to be successful by having a good leader in charge. As an American who has made multiple friendships within the server. I am the guy for this role. All I need is to be accepted. I am tired of the toxicity that is spread within the gangs & the leaders who believe they have the most power. Let's make a change together.
3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
1. | I will stop the spreading of toxicity and misuse of HC powers.
2. | I will give chances to everyone who has obviously put in the work.
3. | I will make sure everyone knows the rules before getting accepted.
4. | I will bring the enjoyment back into the Vagos.
5. | I will make the Vagos a top organization.
7. | I will do 100% Turf.
8. | I will do 100% Spray.
