So we were chasing this green porche and they didn't wanna stop the car even when we had 4ppl and 2+ cars when I turn around you can see the Bugatti with 2 ppl chasing him me with my p1 and my friend to my left in a bmw

Just tell me what you could do if someone is chasing you and shooting. IRL you def will try to escape by driving out of shooting area.
They must stop only in case if was a serious car crash
