Guy STOPS behind me, then full speed drives into me on the WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD, and its "not intentional" so its not CR? dude CR is hitting someone or their car with yours.

Car Ramming - Using a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles.

Doesn't say repeatedly or to kill. That would be VDM/RDM.

So as far as the discord/forum rules stated, he committed Car Ramming, intentional or not. Which I would still argue its intentional.

But look, another new player to the city and let them get away with this now, they think its GTAO 2.0, or having people say "oops it was an accident" as an excuse.

Like, if we have to have intention, weapon, alibi, and their blood type to prove someone did something against the rules, what's the point? It's already a chore to be able to clip when this stupidity does happen.
