Hello! upon reviewing the footage. I have denied the report for the following reasons.
  • The first ram he quickly apologized and I will be giving him the benefit of the doubt that he did not do it on purpose.
  • The second ram you drove towards his vehicle in front of him and he would have had no time to react.
