so I was being arrested and ran out of the cell once I had been uncuffed. The officer then quickly realized their mistake and instead of tazing me and cuffing me properly decided that he would magically bind my hands whilst I was sprinting away. I don't know if this guy has superpowers or something but I don't think that's very realistic...
I don't usually report but they were rude to me so oh well
