I suspect this man is cheating as I shot him three times with a shotgun point blank,
you can see the numbers go up above his head, yet his HP bar does not go down?
he was not frozen like he was lagging / disconnecting

My guy, if you check carefully you can see that you accidently hit the guy behind him, so you actually didn't hit him only 1 time which is 53 damage and you killed the guy that was about to get revived.
(I am no admin to decide, but i would say he is clean )
