You can clearly see I did not do anything wrong neither Powergaming it was network lag might be you can see i never run while cuffing him and also the prison gate was locked so how can i run while cuffing it was 100% network lag for me or might for him.

PS: I got released because i spent time in jail but just want to make sure that i was not doing anything wrong so yeah thank you .

so I was being arrested and ran out of the cell once I had been uncuffed. The officer then quickly realized their mistake and instead of tazing me and cuffing me properly decided that he would magically bind my hands whilst I was sprinting away. I don't know if this guy has superpowers or...
