Rejecting without even explaining why? Dude clearly DRIVES THROUGH ME with no POV of his side being "an accident" and you wont even say why you rejected my appeal?
Why have A HUNDRED RULES if you dont use them unless it suits your personal bias of the situation? I get Demorgan for accidental CR DURING THE PURGE, but dude stops and THEN PLOWS INTO ME and its ok? Get your admin all on the same page maybe.
IDK anymore about the forum ban threats you guys always throw at me, this is fucking sad. THIS is why the server is falling apart and all you can do to try and keep people around is offer more shit crates and GC promos, THEN LET THOSE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH WHATEVER THE FUCK THEY WANT so they keep throwing money at the game.

People upload themselves killing a trucker and your admin go "wE dOnT aCcEpT tHiRd PaRtY pOv" like you couldnt just watch it and see that oh, the guy WERE GIVING GC TO is doing whatever he wants. I mean, you can and do, but dont seem to care? OH thats right, if you took action against him like he was a normal player, it would turn away the other what, 5k kids that watch him from doing the same? THEN you wouldn't get their mommies credit cards would you?
But now, god forbid I have an ACTUAL POV with the FUCKING DEFINITION of CR happening, and you guys can, without his POV, definitively say it was AN ACCIDENT?

So as far as the discord/forum rules stated, he committed Car Ramming, intentional or not. Which I would still argue its intentional.
But look, another new player to the city and let them get away with this now, they think its GTAO 2.0, or having people say "oops it was an accident" as an excuse.
