Trying to assist my partner where a bunch of citizens are ramming his tow truck with their sports cars and making it flip over. Then driving around him and taunting him in the city. These players clearly had no fear for their lives at any time and continued to try and abuse their rights in the city repeatedly after being asked to leave the situation and trying to give them a chance.

I was giving you demands to leave, that is the City, not the Ghetto.. and no one could hear you talking either in game giving us any demands of any sort. Just driving around back and forth in the area where officers are being hit with vehicles.
