So, the guy with ID 53806 was unconscious when i first saw him, so we were in an RP situation with ID 72885, and as soon he did the CL we went to ID 53806 to rob him but before that, he also did a CL.

ID 53806 was not involved in any RP situation so it's not combat logging they were just unconscious. The title still needs to be fixed (mention correct ID)
