ID 45232 here (as seen in the video), I didnt RDM personally but the person that reported ID 45437 was tailing/car ramming abit earlier before that, upon him seeing us again, he started tailing again, thus why ID 45437 (Mark is his RP name) got out of the car and counter attacked.

Not sure if useful info but atleast some side of the story.
