Rejected Violating Gen. rule 6.14 | ID 38132

Basically, an ATM robbery at PH (GZ) and threatening EMS by ID 38132. I think it is against rule 6.14., but I may be mistaken about this.

1. Situation started with ID 38132 threatening us, EMS employees in the PH (GZ) about that we shouldn't call the cops or we would have problems.
2. Then continued with going to the ATMs.
3. I filled in my colleague about the situation, we both went to the guy and he threatened us to stay back. Firstly, didn't really understand why, but then it became clear.
4. After some time he admitted doing the crime - robbing the ATMs and some time after that went to the ATMs on the other side of the PH lobby (probably robbed them too, but I'm not sure as I don't have further POV).

Upon reviewing the evidence that was provided. I have decided to Deny this report.
They are allowed to rob ATM inside Green zones and at PH or SH hospitals as long as there was no harassment or shooting.
No Harassment was shown as well.​
