Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

• ID 23242 will receive a punishment for the Deathmatch Rule ​

The reason for this is the offending player tried to take advantage of a car wreck to open fire on a stranger with no prior interactions. This shooting also happened outside the ghetto where the kill on sight rule doesn't apply.

As a note to the reporting party, I'm fairly certain I hear third party communication and that breaches metagaming. Don't let it happen again.​
