2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) I believe EMS in its current state can you use re-organization.
2) I would like to turn things around and bring ems back on top, by aiming to keep lobbies full around the clock and make sure every citizen can be healed at all times.
3) EMS is a family and it is important that family values be passed down to the employees from the top, no one should feel unwelcome and it is my goal to make that happen.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advices for the improvement of ems would start with proper presence being made by the leader with boots on the ground and visiting the employees in the lobbies so they can see that we do care,
there needs to be some minor rules added for example: No ems personal shall be disrespectful to one another, no matter the rank we are all equal, if this rule can not be followed then the employee causing the issue will need to go.
I find there is a lot of turn around in EMS and a lot of that is due to improper training so id like the trainers to focus time on training new employees and not rush them through the course.
And finally one more request I would eventually like to make to the curator is to consider dropping the minimum times for working in a week from 12 hours to 8, once we have everything settled in of course first.
I believe this change can help with employee retention as many are here to enjoy their time and when they feel restricted like this they tend to leave, so when they see the time is 8 they realize that it is not a lot to ask.
