Wrong Punishment Richard Dejigalo

As you can see in my body cam , the ID of 13698 starting RDM , and Mixing when I was in a UC patrol car.
Also they've reported me for VDM as you can see in my bodycam I didn't run him over in my screen it was glitch ,
can I please be let out of jail , and return to my job .

Also can the ID of 13698 be punished for Mixing and RDM in the city .
