I posted a staff complaint yesterday in which I didn't really understand where or what rule I broke. The Deputy Chief admin of EN1 Alex_odd commented on my question with this response Gyazo as you can see he clearly states I broke 5.1 and 5.2 If you read those rules this is what it says.... "Rules about how to deal with administration" ..5.1 It is strictly prohibited to use report for questions that are not related to the game or problems on the server. | Mute 20-60 minutes (as you see 60 minutes mute is punishment) ..5.2 All players must be adequate while communicating with the administration. In case of disagreement with the decision of the administration - leave the complaint for consideration to the chief administrator. (this rule was never broken I said I was going to post on the forums to report him which means I was leaving it up to chief admin.) Then I continue to read and see 5.3 a rule that I've never broken, 5.3 Insulting the administration is strictly prohibited. Complaint is the best way to achieve justice. | Otherwise - ban 7 days (It seems as if I got this punishment as I was banned for 7 days I never disrespected an admin and as you see in the above screenshot he indicates what rules were broken. If it's taken as disrespect me saying, "That's how an admin should reply" or me saying "I'm going to report him for only replying with only saying ok to a serious situation" That is absurd. That is the EXACT practices you guy's preach I was simply following what I've been told to do, I'm sorry if you didn't like what I said but I don't believe that calls for 7 days of banning just because the person I said it about didn't like it. I never insulted or disrespected staff in all my time in the city. I'm requesting a change in punishment considering the deputy chief insisted I broke rules 5.1 and 5.2 in which the punishment is 60 minutes muted. As I was punished for 5.3 (7 days of ban), and rule 5.2 was never broken as you can see in chat logs, I insisted on leaving it up to chief admin. Then got banned.. Screenshot of my initial complaint against administrators: Gyazo Nothing in this post was intended to disrespect Alex odd or any other due diligent administrators I believe Alex odd was doing his job but I am seeking a change in punishment as I don't believe the rule I violated deserves a 7 day blocking.
