So there’s a forum which includes 2 FIB officers breaking 2 state rules which don’t have any punishment mentioned in the state rules. The rules broken by those 2 officers are state rules 5.1 and 5.3 due to which FIB got a warn. If you look at the rules if violation of a rule is meant to be an org punishment it is mentioned there but in this case no org punishment is mentioned. I agree the 2 officers broke rules and deserve to be punished. However I don’t think FIB deserves a warn for this forum as only 2 officers violated 2 server rules.
