For my punishment RDM It was justified for the fact that I counted over twice for 5 seconds each time, these guys just have been following us obstructing justice and there is 5 stages of force used by a police officer and those were used.
1. Presence of a Law Enforcement Officer
2. Verbal Response
3. Empty Hand Techniques
4. Non-Deadly Weaponry
5. Lethal Force
Yes I skipped four for a reason as the person that we were trying to arrest pulled out a weapon on us and to keep RP we need to take situation as high as possible as there was a risk of 10-10's. I understand my force maybe was too much but so many chances were made and it should be FearRP on there part for the fact we counted and gave them multiple chances to leave that area and to stop obstruction and they didn't. Its insane to me that if you have 2 guns on your IRL you wouldn't move no matter if it is a "Police station" or not. This is not right and my action was justified. I feel as if this was wrong for me to get this punishment. I would really appreciate for this to be review and a chance to get my punishment away. I apologize for any type of bad blood and or disrespect. Thank you
Now for the ORG warn I would like to say for the 5.1 All those state organizations can arrest a person if they suspected him of a criminal activity. They committed a crime enough to serve them time in prison they did not give space to those who were arresting and they did not leave when asked to and were given multiple chances on which the officers decided to open fire as it was right since the 5 stages of force used by a police officer and those were used. So we had all the right to shoot since they were not listening. As well as we were on edge for the fact that the person we were originally arresting pulled out a gun on us.
5.3 LSPD/SAHP/FIB could use weapons if a role-play situation requires it. For this rule it was justified in my last explanation since they were obstructing we had to use our force as necessary. Like I said I don't want this forum to be a type of way of me threatening or anything I just want to clear up the fact that this was a false warn and I would like this to be reviewed thoroughly. I would like to formally apologize again for the actions I did and would like to thank the admins for doing what they have to do and I really appreciate it a lot. Thank you.
