2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation).
a) I've been playing grand roleplay for a year and half I've been in every org legal I've been in ng and one of the problems with NG is low on units people aren't motived because the all they sit in gates as leader ill try get to do portal around base and on the highway and every ill hold a promotion ceremony does who work real hard I've double promotion and after ceremony ill be giving out bounces to keep the units active so we can get more in base.
b) I am Applying for This Specific org(NG) the reason why I want become the leader of ng is because i would like the state and i have my employees work as hard they can to be become the most active most powerful org more advanced and heat moment making me the leader ill make sure the org will always be organize and ill make sure the high command don't let the power to there head and also make changes to some departments like usm ill allow them to protect the convoked in like ammo runs make sure it really organized to get to the destination ass safely as possible.
c) I have Been a Part of Many legal Organization ad i Mentioned And I have a Good Bond and Quiet a Good Friendship with Many of Experience legal Organization Who are Skilled and Recognizes If i Become the Leader of NG and Bring it on Top again After all Each Org to come on Top Requires a Team Effort and a Lot of Hardwork if I'll make A Unity of NG which will help me to To Grow the Organization
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
Well If i Become a Leader of NG I ll maintain high level RP and Even Recruit only The Members who actually know actual Meaning of RP and How to react in Intense and Difficult Situation I'll Not only IMPROVE the RP Level in Organization also Increase the RP Level of Entire City by focusing on every situation and Doing a Proper RP according to Situation and Make Sure That No one Gets Recruited in Gang Without Knowing RP rules and even other Rules which must be followed Every time To Main High Level and Quality RP.
Goals For Organization
1) Attend Event with Full Numbers
2) no toxicity
3) Making it a the most powerful organization
4) Finish Term without Organization Warnings or Punishments.
5) Maintaining Good Relations with the curators.
6) Make it most active org.
7) decrease rate in crime
