Had my gun pointed at him and even told him I was aiming at his head, yet he managed to run all the way from the back to the front of the store.
Clearly Fear RP. This would have been a hostage for the lspd to negotiate with. ID:20146 had a gun but did not aim at me once and gave me his back multiple times.

• ID 20146 will receive a punishment for FearRP'ing.
• When a gun is pointed to someones head they cannot run away from the scene
