2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Why I want to become NG leader is simple
(1) I want to restore NG to what it was 6 to 7 months ago when gangs and family's wouldn't just come to the base and shoot it up because NG is "FREE GUNS".
(2) I believe that I have a strong group of people behind me that can and will make a NG the most successful ever I believe we can make NG a better org and Make NG a force that is not the just be played around with and used to get LEO guns
(4) I was in NG all the way from Eva's last term to Darius's Term and in that very stint i went from private all the way to deputy of the org and it took just about all of that time to do it I know how NG works at its best and at its worse and I know I can come out on top if I get leader I've seen what works and what doesn't as a NG personnel.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
(1) If your going to retain troops and make sure that your org has numbers its not all about recruitment its about making something different for your troops to do I plan to make a usual patrol around our jurisdiction along with helping SAHP LSPD and FIB in there everyday Affairs as long as those thing fall in with server rules and scripts.
(2) Make training much more RP intensive have troops prove them selves prove that there physically fit and are willing to do what it takes to truly be in NG with RP terms.
(3) Make org relations as high as possible the more the other orgs like us the more RP that going to happen between us and the more that the other orgs are willing to work with us on Globals and RP situations.
Lastly The main thing is keeping troops happy and having fun because if you don't you will not have number off and on base happy troops means productive and dominate org.
