I was trying to get in to the taksi when ID: 44579 tried to punch me so the taksi driver tried to run her over and then 44588 started shooting at me.

ID 44579 & 44588 will receive a punishment for RDM.
When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone.
