He is partaking in criminal activity - he isn’t running/fearing for his life, as he is aware that he is colluding with criminal behaviour. Shifty Hulk already has a warrant for partaking in criminal activity (or so I have been told) this isn’t the first time this has occurred, Sinaloa needs to learn how to not do Semi-RP that is closer to GTAOnline than RP.

NLR states that you cannot enter a fight for 15 minutes after death, I was not in a fight, I was killed in a green zone of doc, then I returned - not in a fight - to officially clock out. I did not break NLR according to the GR6.7
