if there is a guy who is killing a state employee then I get him I would not be nice to him this is a RP situation I did not insult him OOCly!

In real life if your killing State employee’s and they got you they will be toxic to you and act this. I don’t see a reason why I’m banned. (It’s a RP sinario why I’m being punished OOCly) *he can do a case file against me ICly*
