I posted a forum against the player with ID : 41061 who was insulting me in the game about insulting me OOC but I made a mistake by mentioning a wrong rule number but Kakashi said to me that there is no rule against this problem but there is a rule ( general rule 6.10 is saying that It is prohibited to move IC situations to OOC(e.g Insulting someone in Discord Chat relating to an IC situation). Any instances of this will be punished in Discord as well as In-Game Bans. | Ban 1-7 days ) and Kakashi also said to me it enough to block him in discord but he used racisms against me,
