wrong punishment , leos need not give warnings and they have permission to shoot in gz if we have proper rp reason
that guy was inside ng base without authorisation therefore i decided to kill .

i would like to get a compensation for the same !

I haven't seen a RP Reason and Demands there. Maybe he came to join NG. I also didn't see this man being asked why he was there. And I don't think that's exactly the rule mentioned.
