Okey a long pov its basicly showing how FIB doesnt fear for hostage life they keep forcing us to lower the price.
Watch at 26 minutes in the POV They pay for 1 hostage then the second hostage decides to run away while thier is guns pointed at him. I diddent get payed And a leo decided to start shooting wich caused this shitshow
also in the minutes while talking about the money for the hostages these ORGS decided to enter marabuntha hq Multible times


Also since these rulebreaks happend when FIB was 1 verbal away from getting disbanded. I think this should be a reason to count it as thier max of punishments (3 warns)

I don't want to report but these things happen to us every time so sorry :/

first they can ask for lower price its negotiation and second its not ther problem that the hostage run they can punish the hostage for fear rp because when they saw the hostage is safe they can start shooting

Sure If u say so the car with the hostage decided to drive off I diddent get my money and my guys got arrested all cus someone decided to ruin it all and make sure everyone started shooting. And also yes they can negociate but if u wont even up ur privé its not negociating.

your guys will be arrested in both situation and you said your guys got arrested so the hostgae is safe and i told you befor its the hostage mistake that he run because when they saw the hostage is safe they have right to start shoting

Okey whatever u want my friends the fib car decided to run off also the negocistions never finished so its just 1 big shitshow the funny thing is the day when FIB was on freeze none had anny problems. Annyway the hostage shouldnt have got in the car. The FIB shouldnt have drove off. And the dumbass who started this situation by shooting shouldnt have shot it is sadly this simpele

At 7:00/7:30 between this time frame there is car parked in marabuntha hq and looks like FIB looking At the guy who move it

At 8:10 one of the hostage does fear rp

At 10:10 another FIB car inside of marabuntha hq (FIB guy moves it )

Between 15:50/16:45 a Leo decides to shoot At my guys on the roof even tho we have 2 hostage

At 18:20 a NG members runs true thier hq also thier is a guy with black uniform that keeps shooting us on roof with the rev At this time

22:45 ID 28979 decides to shoot At the guys on the roof AGAIN

Then At 26:00 till end of pov is a big shitshow of rulebreaks happening. HOSTAGE running away while guns are pointed. FIB decides to shoot us while this hostage decided to run away. Also FIB decide to drive away with hostage even tho he do fear rp

A negotiation is a discussion where both parties leave with a acceptable outcome. Leos getting the hostages back and bandits getting the money they want sounds acceptable. Not leos bidding on his life with low amounts of money

15:50/16:45, Not clear in your POV, the guy who got shot can make a forum with his own POV.
18:20, I don't see ID of the NG person at this timestamp breaking Ghetto rule 1.3
22:45, Not clear of the shooting at gang members, the guy who got shot can make a forum with his own POV.
26:00, Not legal's fault if the hostage breaks the rule and escapes from the gang members (Fear-RP)
However, ID 1297 & 48913 will be punished for Fear-RP.​

I had reviewed this forum along with David Pluxury and I told him to punish the IDs(1297 and 48913) as well as reject the other mentioned rulebreaks.
I agree with the verdict which David has given.
